We understand that finding the right size online can be tricky. If you have received your chain and realize it is the incorrect size, we are happy to help you exchange it for the one that fits you best.

Exchange Eligibility Checklist

To ensure a smooth process, please confirm your chain meets the following criteria:

• Timeframe: The exchange request is within 30 days of your original purchase.
• Condition: The chain is in new, unused, and resalable condition. We cannot accept exchanges for items that have been worn, scratched, or damaged.

How to Complete Your Size Exchange

As per our policy, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the original item and sending the new, correctly sized replacement.
Please follow these steps to process your exchange:

1. Submit Shipping Payment

Please use our secure payment portal to cover the shipping cost to send your new chain via USPS First Class Mail.

Important Note: This shipping rate is exclusively for domestic US addresses that are serviceable by USPS. If you reside outside the United States or require an alternative carrier, please contact our support team before making a payment.

2. Mail Back Your Original Chain

Please package your unused chain securely and include a note with your original order number and the new size you require. Mail the package to our returns department:

What Happens Next?

Once our team receives your original chain in new condition and verifies your shipping payment, we will immediately process your exchange and ship out your correctly sized chain via USPS First Class Mail!
