How do I choose a necklace length?

A medical ID necklace should sit where it's easy to see and can't slip under clothing or get caught.

Measure at home

1. Take a string or soft tape measure and drape it around your neck.
2. Let it hang to where you'd like the ID to rest, then mark the spot where the ends meet.
3. Measure the string with a ruler. That's your chain length.

If you're between two lengths, choose the longer one. It's easier to pull over the head and more comfortable all day.
